Words from Master Angel Aranzamendi:

January 16th was a SUPER day of training. Close to 60 athletes in Brighton CO! 5 hrs of training where EVERY coach shared in the running of the event.  Lots of sweat, tons of smiles, and some great sparring!  AAU members enjoyed this training FREE of charge.  Furthermore we had Master Larry Cain and Master Robert McKenna( International Referees) giving the 1st of 4 referee certification 2 hour seminars and they had close to 12 new referees participate! The next Colorado Clinic will be at KAT Aurora home of Master Bill Pottle; this clinic will be a USAT membersip drive so go to www.usa-taekwondo.us and join for the 2010 year.  All USAT registered members will enjoy the February 20th Clinic Free of Charge and we will have Lajust systems provided by Master Mark Kaufmann!  A special thank you goes out to Master Jorge Roy Mejias for being such a gracious host and inviting COLORADO to his beautiful dojang! We have 7 more of these clinics scheduled throughout the sate in 2010; so come and join these AWESOME training sessions!

Check the google calendar located at the web page below for dates and information on upcoming events such as the Olympic Sparring Seminar with Chris Martinez at A-Team Taekwondo on Jan 30th.  Seminars with this caliber of athlete generally run at $100 per person but Master Martinez Sr. and Chris wanted to give Colorado a real treat and the seminar will only cost $25, WOW!  Space is limited to 50 participants per session so call 303-539-6990 and reserve a spot today!
